Event Title: "Park Time Pick Up: Share the Care & Care to Share"
Event Description: Join us every Monday and Thursday, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, throughout the year for a community-driven initiative aimed at beautifying our towns, cities, and neighborhoods. "Park Time Pick Up: Share the Care & Care to Share" is a project by the Raising Grace Community that encourages people to make a positive impact on their local environment and extend a helping hand to elderly and disabled neighbors.
Event Schedule:
Day: Mondays and Thursdays
Time: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Event Details:
Purpose: The purpose of this event is to foster a sense of community and environmental responsibility by coming together to beautify our surroundings and support those in need.
Location: Participants can choose from one of three options:
Local Parks: Help clean up and maintain the beauty of your local parks.
Public Property: Contribute to the cleanliness and aesthetics of public spaces in your community.
Elderly and Disabled Neighbors: Assist elderly and disabled neighbors with tasks like yard work, gardening, or general upkeep.
How It Works: Simply show up at the designated location of your choice during the event hours and join other community members in making a positive impact. Bring your own cleaning supplies, gardening tools, or any materials you think might be useful.
Share the Care: The "Share the Care" aspect of this initiative encourages participants to collaborate and share resources with each other. If you have extra supplies or tools, consider sharing them with fellow participants to maximize our impact.
Care to Share: "Care to Share" is about reaching out to elderly or disabled neighbors who may need assistance but can't participate in the cleanup directly. By lending a helping hand, you can make a significant difference in their lives and the overall well-being of the community.
Year-Round Commitment: This event takes place year-round, rain or shine, to ensure a sustained and lasting impact on our community.
Community Impact: By participating in "Park Time Pick Up," you contribute to the beautification of our small towns, cities, and neighborhoods, making them more pleasant and enjoyable places to live.
Together We Make a Difference: Let's work together to transform our communities and create a sense of pride in the places we call home.
Get involved, make a difference, and be part of the change you wish to see in your local area. We look forward to seeing you every Monday and Thursday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM!
