Description: Join us for a fun and educational evening at the library! The Raising Grace Community invites all Pokemon enthusiasts to our Pokemon Trading Card Game & Swap Night. Whether you're a seasoned trainer or a beginner, this event is for you. Learn the rules of the game, trade cards, and meet new friends in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Pokemon Trading Card Game Rules:

  1. Objective: The objective is to defeat your opponent's Pokemon by dealing damage and collecting Prize Cards.

  2. Deck Construction: A standard deck contains 60 cards, including Pokemon, Energy, and Trainer cards.

  3. Game Setup: Each player starts with 7 cards, and one Active Pokemon in play. Each player also sets up to 6 Benched Pokemon.

  4. Gameplay: Players take turns drawing a card, attaching Energy to Pokemon, and using attacks.

  5. Winning: You win by taking all your Prize Cards, defeating your opponent's Active Pokemon, or if your opponent has no cards left to draw.

  6. Trading: Trading is encouraged, but please be respectful of other players and their collections.
