The following Privacy Policy governs the online information collection practices of  Raising Grace Research, LLC d/b/a “www.raisinggrace1@gmail.com">www.raisinggrace1@gmail.com” (“we” or “us”). Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using the www.raisinggrace1.wixsite.com/research (the “Sites”), and the ways in which we use this information. This Privacy Policy, including our children’s privacy statement does not apply to any information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means (for example, at a live event, via telephone, or through the mail). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting and using the Sites, you agree that your use of our Sites, and any dispute over privacy, is governed by our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy and the United States laws that govern data collection and privacy. Because the Web is an evolving medium, we may need to change our Privacy Policy at some point in the future, in which case we’ll post the changes to this Privacy Policy on this website and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the Sites after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified. This Sites strive to offer its visitors the many advantages of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. We may use Personally Identifiable Information (such as your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number) subject to the terms of this privacy policy. We will never sell, barter, or rent your email address to any unauthorized third party. HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION We may collect and store personal or other information that you voluntarily supply to us online while using the Sites. More specifically, we collect personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online purchasing. Generally, this information includes name and e-mail address for registration to receive our free newsletters and name, postal address, and credit card information when purchasing our products. (e.g., while on the Sites or in responding via email to a feature provided on the Sites). This Sites only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our free newsletters or have purchased one of our products. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information. We may also make some content, products and services available through our Sites through cooperative relationships with third-party providers, where the brands of our provider partner appear on the Sites in connection with such content, products and/or services. We may share with our provider partner any information you provide, or that is collected, in the course of visiting any pages that are made available in cooperation with our provider partner. In some cases, the provider partner may collect information from you directly, in which cases the privacy policy of our provider partner may apply to the provider partner’s use of your information. The privacy policy of our provider partners may differ from ours. Be aware that we may occasionally release information about our visitors when release is appropriate to comply with law or to protect the rights, property or safety of users of the Sites or the public. Please also note that as our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that we sell some or all of our assets, or one or more of our websites is acquired by another company, information about our users may be among the transferred assets. HOW DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION? Your information is stored at the list server that delivers this Site’s newsletters. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who would like to receive this Site’s newsletters. All of the newsletters or emails that are sent to you by these Sites include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters or mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in every communication that we send you. ACCESS AND CORRECTION General Please contact us if you would like to access or correct the personal information that we hold about you. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing any access or correction requests, to make sure that the personal information we hold is properly protected. Correction If you ask us to correct personal information that we hold about you, or if we are satisfied that the personal information we hold is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, we will take reasonable steps to correct that information to ensure that, having regard to the purpose for which it is held, the information is accurate, up-to-date, complete, relevant and not misleading. CROSS BORDER DISCLOSURE ACCESS AND CONSENT TO TRANSFER By providing us with your personal information, you consent to our use of it in accordance with this policy, including the transfer of your information across international boundaries to jurisdictions anywhere in the world as permitted by local law. For United States Users: The United States may not have data privacy laws that are deemed to afford an equal level of protection for your personal information as those laws legislated at the direction of the European Union, Australia or geopolitical, national or regional legislative bodies. However, please be assured that we will continue to adhere to the principles stated in this policy and will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable international, national, regional, territorial, and provincial laws in connection with any information collected through the Sites. We will always endeavor to preserve the integrity, confidentiality, and security of personal information and afford such personal information reasonable level of protection. Your California Privacy Rights: Other than as is stated by this policy, we will not share any personal information about you with outside third-parties for their direct marketing purposes to the extent prohibited by California law, unless you agree otherwise as authorized by your prior written consent. California residents have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we may share personal information with affiliated companies and third parties for their direct marketing purposes.   1. Information regarding the categories of information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, if any;

  2. The names and addresses of the third parties who received information for their direct marketing purposes; and

  3. Examples of the products and services subject to the third-parties’ direct marketing programs, if the nature of the third parties’ business cannot be determined from their names.

DATA RETENTION PERIODS We will retain your personally identifiable information for as long as your account is active, as needed to send you email communication you signed up to receive or as needed to provide you with our products and services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you with our products and services, please contact us at raisinggrace1@gmail.com. However, we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. GENERAL AUDIENCE WEBSITE NOT DIRECTED TOWARD CHILDREN Protecting the online privacy of children is especially important to us. The Sites are general audience sites. Our content is neither directed toward minors nor children who are under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 18 years old, please do not provide us with your name, contact details or any other information about yourself. If we or our internet service providers become aware that a minor or a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information without the parental consent, that information will be deleted from our databases. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY Although it is highly unlikely, this policy may be changed at any time at our discretion.
